Conference Payment Options – 2018

 

 

 

MAACCE has selected PayPal as its online payment solution. From the links below you will be taken to the PayPal website where you can either pay using your credit card or by using your Paypal account. Please fill out the 2018 Conference Registration Form for PayPal Users and make your PayPal payment to complete the Registration process.    If you have any questions regarding this process, please contact maacce@gmail.com.

 

For a check or money order payment, please fill out a registration form and mail to MD Assoc for Adult Community & Continuing Ed, P.O. Box 22379, Baltimore, MD 21203.


MEMBERSHIP (NEW or RENEWAL) FEES ($40):

Conference registration fees include all sessions, continental breakfast and lunch for day(s) registered. Please select the rate that applies.  Proof of student status required at registration check in for Student Rate.

MAACCE’s Refund Policy

All requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing (email included) and RECEIVED no later than 11:59 p.m. EST by the dates listed below. Requests for refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Received one month before conference (by 4/5/18) – Full refund, less a $50-per-person administrative fee
  • Received 2 weeks before conference (by 4/19/18) – 50% refund, less a $50-per-person administrative fee
  • Less than 2 weeks before conferenc/e (on or after 4/20/18) – No Refunds
